   I don’t know if it’s a scam - never heard of it. But if you are having IBS probs and consitptation, etc. PLEASE read the testimonials on this website instead.    I believed I had IBS. Ended up hospitalized and half my colon was removed. I would advise not diagnosing yourself but seeing a doctor instead. Believe me, while all your symptoms are terrible, surgery is much worse!
